Aligners: when yes and when to rethink the indication

Aligners are a powerful tool when the clinical indication is correct. Cases with severe rotations, canine extrusion, or fine radicular control may require specific attachments, elastics, or even auxiliary fixed appliances. The decision is not aligners vs brackets, but which combination of tools is most efficient for each biomechanical goal.
